Well, I mean, I have Asperger's myself, and it seems VERY odd that Flint would just break into some random person's house, and NOT realize how inappropriate that is in retrospect. Virtually all neurotypicals at Flint's age understand that breaking into some random stranger's house and throwing stuff at them is never ok. Flint just got really lucky. It was still a funny moment, though ^^

Oh man, this thread brings back memories. I remember seeing it back in middle school and thinking "Flint can't possibly be autistic/have Asperger's because *I* relate strongly to him and *I'm* not autistic!" Lol 12 years later, lo and behold, I'm autistic! Officially diagnosed yesterday! Just goes to show you should never judge anyone (including yourself) on first impressions and outdated stereotypes.
Regardless of whether Flint or Sam are autistic or not, they both made me feel like sure, maybe I'm a weirdo, but that's not a bad thing, and one day I'll find people who will love and appreciate me for all my quirks. Not to be sappy or anything, but Flint especially shaped my identity over the years, and after all this time, I still consider him to be like one of my oldest and dearest friends.
