AUTHOR'S NOTE: I know. I already did a Romeo and Juliet wolf story before, but i made some new ideas to make this story more romantic, dramatic and even epic at times. Hope you guys love it and sooner you might need a tissue. Enjoy
CHAPTER 1
It was a fair winter day in the city of Anchorage, Alaska. The sky was as clear as ice sickles hanging down from the branch of a midwinter's pine. Along in the middle of the city, there lived the richest family above all; the Capulets. The Capulets were a pack of snow-white Huskies. They were the pets of Lord and Lady Capulet. They were also the best dog champions of Alaska for every dog show each year and rows of trophies were lined up from shelf to shelf. The youngest Capulet was the fairest, Juliet. She was as white as the glimmering snow. As graceful as a butterfly. As beautiful as the first spring shy maiden. She was desperate to find her true love who she had been waiting for her entire life. Juliet usually lies on the carpet in front of the T.V. as Lord and Lady Capulet watch drama movies. She saw how women on television had felt when they first met their true love and Juliet wanted the same feeling as the women on the drama movies.
One day, Lord and Lady Capulet were taking Tybalt out for a walk. Tybalt was Juliet's only cousin. He had been watching out for her and trying to protect her all her from the Montagues.
Okay, let me explain so you don't get confused. Okay, you already know that the Capulets are a pack of tamed white Huskies. Well, they and the Montagues are much different than you think. The Montagues are a pack of wild, untamed wolves who spend all their time hunting, playing and fighting, of course. Nobody knows why the two canine packs hate each other or how the feud started. Okay, got that? Alright, back to the story.
Lady Capulet ties the sparkly leash around a pole so she and Lord Capulet could sit down on the bench. Tybalt hears an unfriendly voice. "Hey, Tybalt," It was one of the Montague boys. "Hey, Tybalt, nice collar!" One Montague teased. Tybalt growled as he was being insulted and trying to ignore the wolves. He knew that he would get into trouble. The Montague boys knew that, too, but they didn't care.
"I know what he is," one of the Montagues whispered to the other. "he's not a dog, he's a purse with fur." Both the Montagues snickered to each other. Benvolio, Montague's nephew tried to stop them from getting into trouble, but they didn't listen. Tybalt heard the insult by the two wolves. He slipped out of his fancy sparking collar and charged at the Montagues. The two Montagues ran into the forest, but Benvolio charged to Tybalt. When they ran toward each other, they began to fight a little. Benvolio scratched at Tybalt, he scratched back. The two were on their hind legs, still scratching . Finally, Tybalt jumps and pins Benvolio to the ground. He tried to go for the throat, (which is the end blow) but there was a loud gun shot that got the canines to freeze. The shot belonged to a rifle belonging to the city sheriff. He gestured Tybalt to get off of Benvolio by pointing his gun at him. Tybalt obeyed but snarled at Benvolio before going back to his owners. Benvolio got up and the sheriff gestured to him to go back to the forest. Benvolio ran back to the forest. He and Tybalt snared back at each other then went home.
