I don't know why, but it seems that ALMOST every villain in every movie or show has some type of facial hair, whether it be a beard, or most of the time, a moustache, or BOTH. it's weird.....XD

lol yes, I've noticed this. Goatees, too, seem to be pretty popular. I think it's a sort of stereotype that gets pushed a little. Like, heros are all PRETTY AND CLEAN SHAVED BECAUSE THEY ARE GOOD, whilst villians have GRATITIOUS FACIAL HAIR BECAUSE THEY ARE EVIL. *mustache twirl*

XDDD You guys made my day too, espesaly with the pictures. I have to agree with the facial hair thing. I mean, Metroman was clean shaved (at least for the first part of the movie), and Megamind had a beard. XP

True. And you almost never see like young-ish people with stubble, even though they could grow some. Although Heinz Doofenshmirtz definitely breaks the villains rule XD except in the 2nd dimension

Wait, doofenschrmitz. Phineas and Ferb?
Although with a lot more movies, the bad guy isn't a PERSON. He/She/It is time, or a machine, or sometimes kind of the protagonist themselves. (i know, im not explaining this very well.)

Yep, Phineas and Ferb. And yeah, I think now that people have come out with a lot more technology, they can portray abstract concepts like that better in live-action movies, which is where complex logic usually goes
