Chapter One:As the evening waned into night, a bright full moon slowly arose in the horizon, toward a sky full of glistening stars. Every head in Disneyland suddenly looked up, and stared off into the distance, as if some powerful yearning was calling them. The Pirates of the Caribbean; all 999 Happy Haunts; every citizen of Toon Town; all the creatures from the Jungle Cruise; every single toon and human character and cast member made their way toward the centerpiece of their land; the Magic Kingdom castle. All the lights went on in every part of the theme park, from Main Street to Frontierland, but the Castle glowed in the brightest shades of pink and blue in the entire land. A white duck dressed in a blue sailor suit flew over the crowd, and landed in front of a human man standing proudly in the balcony, observing his approaching crowd. He wore a grey suit, black pants, and a light blue tie, signifying he was in a high status in this land. The duck gave a curtious bow in front of him, and the human smiled and nodded in return. The crowd parted the way for another noble figure to make way to his leader; a toon duck dressed in a beige labcoat, a red shirt, and an oversized pair of glasses. The man hugged his ducky comrade, and showed him inside the castle, where the man's wife, a young brunette in a blue dress, was holding like a baby, wrapped in a blue blanket. She kissed his tender head, and he stared at the duck with large eyes. It was a tiny toon mouse, with black hair and very round ears on his head. The scientific duck smiled tenderly at the child, and began to perform what looked like some sort of blessing. The duck waved what looked like some sort of magic wand, and pixie dust sprinkled on his nose, making the baby sneeze. Then, the intelligent duck gently picked up the baby, and carried him back to the balcony of the castle. With a bright smile, the duck raised the child up in his hands for all the crowd to see. Every toon and human alike cheered and applauded for the baby whole-heartedly, praising and glorifying the child's existence. A team of cast members then set off an array of colorful fireworks, bursting over the castle, shedding colorful light over the baby. At this, every toon and human fell silent, and bowed on their knees before him. It was only the beginning of a glorious circle of life……

Cool first chapter there. You've seemed to have taken the plot of the Lion King and adapted it quite well to this story. I can't wait to see more.

Chapter 2: Everything the Magic Touches
(For those of you who aren't familiar with the antagonist, Michael Eisner used to be the Chairman of Disney in the 90s and 2000s, but he made Disney look more like a company about making money than quality entertainment. He even got rid of all the 2D animation to be replaced with CGI. For this and many other reasons, Roy E. Disney, Walt's nephew, gathered enough shareholders to have Eisner step down. Naturally, such a boss makes the perfect Scar...)
WHAM!
Another tall, well-dressed human male captured a grey mouse he had found in his office. He held the little mouse by his tail, staring at it with a dull expression as the poor creature struggled to break free.
"Life's not fair, is it? You see I….well, I'll never be boss…and YOU shall never see the light of another day. Adieu…"
The man was about to squash the mouse with its foot, when Donald squacked up.
"Didn't your mother ever tell you not to play with your food?!" The man rolled his eyes. "What do you want?" "I'm here to announce that Walt Disney's on his way, so you better have a good excuse for missing the ceremony last night!" The little mouse scampered away through a mousehole while the man wasn't looking. "Oh, look, Donald, you made me lose my catch." Donald smirked. "Ha! You'll lose more than that when Walt gets through with you! He's as mad as a hippo with a hernia." The man's smirk started to get more sinister, and he reached for a pencil in his desk. "Oooh, how I quiver with fear…." Donald's eyes went wide, and he backed away nervously. "Now, Eisner, don't look at me that way….WAAAK!!!" "Michael Eisner?! Drop him!" Walt Disney glared at his comrade. He stopped in his tracks as he was chasing Donald. "Impeccable timing, boss!" Donald quacked. He let out a heavy sigh in relief. Eisner smiled at the angry Walt. "Why, if it isn't my big boss, descending on high to mingle with the commoners…" "Lillian and I didn't see you at the presentation of Mickey." Eisner made a sarcastically sad expression. "That was last night? Oh, I feel simply awful!" Eisner pushed a pencil so hard, it scraped against his desk, making a noise so squeaky, it made Donald cringe. "Must have slipped my mind…" Donald fumed. "Yes, well, as slippery as your mind is, as the leader's assistant, YOU should've been FIRST in line!" "I WAS first in line…until the little rodent was born…" Walt confronted Eisner. "That 'rodent' is my creation, and your future leader." Eisner gave another sarcastic smile. "Oh, I'll go practice my curtsy." He was about to walk out of the office when Walt fumed back. "Don't turn your back on ME, Eisner!" Eisner's tone got more threatening. "Oh no, Walter. Perhaps YOU shouldn't turn YOUR back on me…" Walt raced in front of Eisner. "Is that a challenge?!!" "Temper, temper. I wouldn't DREAM of challenging you…" Donald raised an eyebrow. "Pity. Why not?" "Well as far as brains go, I've got the man's share, but when it comes to brute passion…..I'm afraid I'm at the shallow end of the dream pool." With that, Eisner trudged sadly away. Donald sighed. "There's one in every family, sir. Three in mine, actually. And they always manage to ruin special occasions." Walt calmed down, but his frown remained. "What am I going to do with him?" Donald smiled. "He'd make a very handsome throw rug." Walt smirked back. "Donald…" "And just think; whenever he gets dirty, you can take him out and beat him." Both friends shared a hearty laughter.
As the day waned on into night, a heavy rain poured all over Disneyland, but that didn't stop a certain scientific duck from working in his laboratory inside Space Mountain….
Professor Ludwig von Drake was making detailed sketches of the Disneyland parks with all the measurements and angles of the architecture of each attraction. He then grabbed one piece of grid paper, and with a soft laugh, he took his pencil, and made three perfect circles on the paper: one large one with two smaller ones on top. "Mickey."
Early one morning, as the sun was rising into the sky, little Mickey Mouse peered down at the balcony of the castle. He was dressed in red overalls with a yellow shirt. He also wore brown shoes and white gloves on his tiny hands. With an excited smile, he raced back into the castle, and headed for the royal bedchambers, where Walt and Lillian Disney shared a canopy bed. "Walt, Walt! C'mon, Walt, we gotta go! Wake up!" Mickey frustratingly egged Walt on as he kept sleeping. "Walt? Walt…" "Your mouse is awake." Lillian whispered. "Before sunrise, he's YOUR mouse…" Mickey started yanking the silk covers from the bed. "Walt, c'mon, Walt!" He then started gently shaking his creator with a frustrated glare. "You promised!" Walt finally opened his eyes. "Ok, ok! I'm up, I'm up…" Mickey's face lit up. "Whoopee!" Walt yawned and stretched as he got out from his bed, still dressed in his suit as if he had been working all night. Lillian hugged the little mouse, and then let him happily run off with his father.
The light from the rising sun shed light all over Disneyland, coating the tops of the Magic Kingdom castle in gold. "Look, Mickey. Everything the magic touches is our kingdom." "Wow…." "A leader's time as ruler rises and falls like the sun. One day, Mickey, the sun will set on my time here, and will rise with you as the new leader." Mickey gazed at the land before him. "And this will all be MINE?" "EVERYthing…" "Everything the magic touches…." Then Mickey noticed a chunk of the city life that wasn't coated with sunlight at all. "What about that darker place?" Walt frowned. "That's beyond our borders. You must never go there, Mickey." "But I thought a leader could do whatever he wanted." "Oh, there's more to being leader than getting your way all the time." Mickey's face lit up. "There's MORE?" "Mickey," Walt said with a chuckle.
Walt then took Mickey for a walk around Main Street. "Everything you see exists together in a delicate balance. As leader, we need to understand that balance, and respect all the characters, from the brave heroes, to the dastardly villains." Mickey frowned. "But Walt, don't we fight the villains?" "Yes, Mickey, but let me explain. Without villains, there may be less of a story, and the audience loves a good story…and so, we are all connected in the Wonderful World of Disney."

Chapter Three: I Just Can't Wait to be King
"SIRE! LAWYERS, IN DISNEYLAND!" Donald raced toward Walt squawking with fright. Walt was about to race off, but then stopped and turned around. "Donald, take Mickey home." "Aww, Walt, can't I come?" "No, son." After his father had left, Mickey walked off in a pout. "I never get to go anywhere." Donald flew alongside him. "Oh, young boss, one day, YOU will be leader. Then you can chase those slobbering, mangy stupid poachers from dawn until dusk!"
Eisner kicked a stone off the balcony of the castle as little Mickey scampered toward him. "Hey, Mr. Eisner, guess what?" Eisner rolled his eyes. "I despise guessing games." "I'm gonna be leader of Disney!" Eisner moaned sarcastically. "Oh, goodie…" "Walt just showed me the whole kingdom, and I'm gonna rule it all!" "Yes…well forgive me for not leaping for joy. Bad back you know." Eisner plopped onto a chair, and Mickey approached him again. "Hey, Mr. Eisner. When I'm leader, what'll that make you?" "Mouse trapped." Mickey chuckled. "You're so weird." "You have no idea. So, your creator showed you the whole kingdom, right?" "EVERYthing." "He didn't show what was beyond that rise in the Northern Border." Mickey frowned. "Well, no. He says I can't go there." "And he's absolutely right; it's FAR too dangerous. Only the bravest toons go there." "Well, I'M brave. What's out there?" Eisner shook his head. "Oh I'm sorry, Mickey, I just CAN'T tell you." "Why not?" Eisner smiled. "Mickey, Mickey, I'm only looking out for the well-being of my favorite toon." Mickey scoffed. "Yeah right. I'm your ONLY toon." "All the more reason for me to be protective. The Business World is no place for the young prince-oops!" Eisner covered his mouth, less than innocently. Mickey's face lit up. "A Business what?! Wow!" Eisner faked a guilty response. "Oh dear, I've said too much! Well, I suppose you would have found out sooner or later, you being SO clever and all, but just do me one thing. Promise me you'll never visit that dreadful place." Mickey smirked. "No problem." Eisner smiled back. "That's a good lad. You run along now and have fun. And remember…it's OUR little secret…" Eisner made a sinister smile as little Mickey scampered off…
Mickey raced straight toward a pink house, where Daisy Duck was brushing little Minnie Mouse's black fur. She was wearing a little pink dress and a bow on her head to match. "Hey Minnie!" "Hi, Mickey!" Mickey whispered in her ear. "C'mon! I just heard about this great place…" Minnie frowned. "Mickey, I'm kind of in the middle of a brush." Lillian approached Mickey. "And it's time for YOURS." Lillian brushed Mickey's black fur, but the little mouse tried hard to get away. "Lillian! Lillian, you're messing up my hair!" Mickey's mother finally let go of her little boy, and she smiled warmly at him. "Ok, ok, I'm clean. Can I go now?" Minnie looked up at Mickey as Daisy brushed her fur. "So where are we going? It'd better not be any place dumb!" Mickey shook his head. "No! It's really cool…" Lillian peered over. "So where is this 'really cool' place?" Then Mickey remembered; it was his and Eisner's "little secret." "…Around the Backlot." Minnie frowned. "The Backlot? What's so great about the Backlot?" Mickey whispered. "I'll show you when we get there." Then Minnie looked excited. "Oh. Um, Daisy, can I go with Mickey?" Daisy looked up. "Hmm, what do you think, Lillian?" Mickey and Minnie made the most innocent smiles they could. "Please?" Lillian smiled. "It's all right with me…as long as Donald goes with you." That instantly wiped the smiles off the mice's faces. "No, not Donald!"
Donald lead the two mice toward the outskirts of the studio. "Step lively! The sooner we get to the Backlot, the sooner we can leave." Minnie whispered to Mickey. "So where are we REALLY going?" "The Business world…" "What's that?!" "Shh…Donald…" "Right. So how are we gonna ditch the dodo?" Donald smiled as the two children murmered to each other. "Oh just look at you two! Little seeds of romance blossoming in the kingdom! Your parents will be thrilled! What with your being betrothed and all…" Mickey stepped back. "Be-what?" "Betrothed! Intended! Afionced!" "Meaning…?" "One day, you two are going to be married!" Mickey stuck his tongue out. "I can't marry her! She's my friend!" Minnie cringed. "Yeah, it'd be too weird." Donald stuck his beak up. "Well sorry to burst your bubble, but you two turtledove have no choice. It's a tradition going back generations!" Mickey smirked. "Well, when I'M leader, that'll be the FIRST thing to go." Donald smirked back. "Not as long as I'M around." "Well in that case, you're fired." "Nice try, but only the KING can do that." Minnie added in. "Well, he's the future king." Mickey's smirk grew. "Yeah, so you have to do what I tell you!" Donald crossed his arms. "Not YET, I don't! And with an attitude like that, I'm afraid you're shaping up to be a pretty pathetic king indeed!" "Not the way I see it…"
Donald's voice muffled under the rhino's bottom. "I beg your pardon, madame, but…GET OFF!!! Mickey? Minnie?!"
