That doesn't change the fact that he was corrupting Miles and making him be a bad person. That's one of the problems I have with Spider Verse is that Miles is letting himself be corrupted by his immoral uncle. Compare him to Flint, yes he did let himself be corrupted by that stupid mayor breaking into his lab to tell him to make the food bigger but when the mayor wasn't around, you can clearly see that Flint was trying to keep the machine under control, inside, he really wanted to but because of that darn mayor, he was afraid to disappoint him (considering how controlling and abusive the mayor was, he probably would've done something terrible if Flint hadn't followed his orders) so then he argued with Sam and Tim about the food. And after the twister destroyed the town, he was so overcome with remorse that he threw himself away and then came back and saved the town big-time, indicating he really wanted to help the town but the mayor didn't care. All he cared about was himself. I don't know if Miles apologized for vandalizing, I'm assuming that he did or changed in a way considering that a lot of people said he does overcome his flaws? And I don't know if Aaron was so abusive and controlling to Miles that he would do something bad to him if he hadn't did graffiti? Was there anywhere in the movie that implied that Aaron was abusive like that? Aaron wasn't being abusive at all at Miles but the opposite (which I said before, twice), and to answer the other questions: WATCH THE FREAKING MOVIE to understand better what is going on. I already told you in my first post that superhero movies aren't my type of films. The only reason I watched this was because a lot of people requested it at a party and I thought maybe it will be decent considering that I liked a few superhero movies like Incredibles and My Hero Academia but they weren't by Marvel and DC Comics (I don't like any of those). And my God, I couldn't stand the protagonist. I don't care if he changes, he's too much of a biotch in the beginning. Flint is better and more tolerable because Flint WANTED to be close to his father and if he was more like Flint, I could tolerate him better. I can do research though. And from research, it doesn't seem like Aaron is graffiting for anti-hero reasons like he has to survive or something. He just does it for no reason. If influencing your own nephew to criminal stuff like graffiting isn't abusive, I don't know what is. Even if Miles got along with his uncle, it's still abusive. There's emotional abuse, you know Like here: Aaron is being controlling because he wants his nephew to do something that isn't appropiate.

You know? I won't keep discussing about this. I already explained you what is actually going on there and if you don't understand it then fine.
And no, Aaron isn't possessive neither jealous nor threats Miles in any way, neither intimidates him, neither puts him down, and I'm talking about the Aaron from the movie, NOT the one from the comics. If you were talking about the comics that's a different story.

If you were talking about the comics that's a different story. That figures. You keep ignoring the fact that Aaron was an abusive uncle regardless of whether or not he qualified for all the symptoms of emotional abuse. Instead brushing him off as a "Supportive, loving uncle" to Miles when instead, he was actually influencing him to do bad things. I don't know how the freak you keep brushing off the graffiti thing if you've already seen the whole movie. It doesn't matter how supportive he was, it's the fact that he is using Miles to do something that is more than just minor bickering, it's something he could end up in jail for. I understand a lot from research that he and Miles was doing immoral things like vandalizing for some reason.

I can see you're very white. :V Just because I don't like a few black movies doesn't mean I'm white and racist. The reasons why I hate them have nothing to do with skin color, go back and read my posts. And if you actually know me, I'm very picky about movies and tv shows. There's a lot of black movies that don't have good reputation, Tyler Perry and Annie, man. Does that mean everybody who doesn't like Tyler Perry movies or that Black Annie movie are white? No, they have nothing to do with skin color, they're just mediocre films. Don't you dare say I'm white and racist and one of my favorite genres of music is rhythm and blues/jazz/rap/hip hop, liked Akeelah and the Bee, Princess and the Frog, Imitation of Life, Secret Life of Bees, and Home (the few black movies I've seen have far outweighed the ones I don't like and it may be due to them being a cartoon drama which I like less than real life dramas. A lot of black movies tend to not be very well-received so I don't watch much of them), wants to stand against racism (even not liking films about racism), helped out people of both black and white, writes stories about blacks and even have other characters (Even whites) supporting blacks, has subscribed to black youtubers and has black friends. How rude! Think twice before you judge somebody you don't even know.

I recently finished this movie and I still don't like it but I really don't want to start another heated discussion about it. If you want to talk about my reasoning for disliking the movie, feel free to do so in a kind, calm way. If not, just agree to disagree and leave it as that.
